2. Eligibility
To use Taw Taxi, you must:

Minors (under 18) may only use Taw Taxi if accompanied by an adult.
3. User Responsibilities

- Treat drivers and other passengers with respect. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.

- Be responsible for your personal belongings during rides. Taw Taxi is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Avoid fraudulent or abusive behavior, such as canceling rides frequently, failing to pay fares, or using false information.
4. Taw Taxi Service Usage
4.1 Ride Requests & Availability
- Users can request rides through the Taw Taxi app.
- Ride availability depends on driver availability in the area.
- Taw Taxi does not guarantee that a driver will always be available.
4.2 Fare Calculation & Payments
- Ride fares are determined based on distance, time, and demand.
- Fares are displayed in the app before confirming a ride.
- Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or mobile payment services as available in the app.
- All payment details are securely processed through third-party providers.
4.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Users can cancel rides before a driver arrives but may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Taw Taxi reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion in case of service failures or disputes.
5. Driver Responsibilities & Conduct
Drivers using Taw Taxi must:
- Hold a valid driver’s license and required permits.
- Ensure their vehicle is safe, clean, and meets local regulations.
- Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
- Not engage in reckless driving, overcharging, or unlawful activities.
- Follow all local traffic laws and regulations.
Taw Taxi is not directly responsible for a driver’s conduct but takes complaints seriously and may suspend or terminate drivers for policy violations.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
Taw Taxi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of:
- Fraudulent activities, including fake accounts or unauthorized transactions.
- Violation of any local laws while using the service.
- Repeated cancellations, non-payment, or abuse of the system.
- Inappropriate or abusive behavior towards drivers, staff, or other users.
- Use of Taw Taxi services for illegal activities.
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal the decision by contacting Taw Taxi support.
7. Limitation of Liability
Taw Taxi provides transportation services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to offer reliable services, we are not liable for:
- Service interruptions due to technical issues, network failures, or unforeseen events.
- Accidents, injuries, or damages caused by drivers or third parties.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during rides.
- Delays or ride cancellations due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, emergencies).
Users agree that Taw Taxi is a platform connecting passengers with drivers and is not directly responsible for driver actions.
8. Data Privacy & Security
Taw Taxi collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to our data collection, storage, and usage practices, including:
- Personal information for account creation and ride booking.
- Location data for ride tracking and route optimization.
- Payment details processed securely by third-party providers.
We take appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, Taw Taxi is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence (e.g., sharing account credentials).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Taw Taxi app and website, including logos, designs, trademarks, and software, is owned by Taw Taxi (GSI). Users may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute Taw Taxi content without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer or tamper with the Taw Taxi app or services.
- Use Taw Taxi’s branding for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Violations may result in legal action against infringers.
10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Taw Taxi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of Taw Taxi after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
